Introduction	Here's the deal: I am starting this blog as a way to get some information/inspiration/advice in this little mission I am starting to finish an Ironman 70.3 in 2012. The main reason I am keeping this blog is because I expect to (at some point) get a trainer, and this will be the easiest way to track my progress.
