| Introduction | I'm a Rad Tech that began taking Yoga, and immediately developed a passion to learn and practice more. After 12 years of practice, I was finally able to attend YTT and attained my 200HR YTT Certification, with the future of 500HR Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Columbus Ohio at a prestigious Yoga Institution followed by Ayurvedic Studies. Additional Yoga Certifications I'm currently pursuing would be Aerial Yoga (this September) and SUP Yoga Certification next summer. I believe if you have an intense passion for the practice, where you practice, only creates a much deeper passion to begin the process of self transformation from within. |
| Interests | Deepening my personal yoga practice so that I can become a better teacher. Continuing to cultivate my knowledge of yoga through Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certification so that I may share the gift of yoga, give back to my community, and serve those who are interested in the practice with intention and gratitude, of the ancient gift we have been handed down. Mediating on a regular schedule is one of shortcomings in regard to discipline. |
