| Introduction | I am a wife, mom, stepmom, sister, daughter, friend.... I learned several years ago that one of the best ways to take care of them was to take care of myself. So, I do and we are all much happier. At least I am. I love to laugh and sing although sometimes I forget. The reason I am doing this is to remind me, you, to remember to laugh, sing and have fun.
