| Introduction | Christian was born and raised in the homogeneous streets of West Omaha. Luckily for him, he was accepted into the public school's magnet program and bused to the culturally diverse area of North Omaha. Christian remained in the magnet program throughout grade school and on into his tenure at Omaha North High School. It was at North where Christian began his interest in graphic design, eventually designing the yearbook his senior year, and taking home the Best Yearbook Design medal at state competition. Upon graduating from high school, Christian went on to Kansas University. There he expanded his skills as designer and garnered professional experience from 2 internships; one back home at Omaha Magazine and the other at KU, at a in-house design firm called the Arts. Christian graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design in 1999. Christian is currently the Station Graphics Producer at a local televsion station in Omaha. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart Megan. They are both keeping busy with their careers, recently purchased house, and 3 childr...I mean, dogs. |
