| Introduction | I am first and foremost a born again Christian. I am not "PC" by any definition of the word. I tend to say exactly what I mean. I am wife to John - the best hubby in the world! I have two incredible children - Katelyn (15) and Michael (10, and quick to point out this now makes him a tween). They go to a Christian school, and I like volunteering there. We live on 3 acres of land. We are planning on growing most of our own food this year. I have multiple food allergies which make eating ...um... interesting. I follow the Total Health Makeover style of eating. You can get more information at www.marilu.com. Since one of my allergies is food preservatives, we eat almost no convenience foods. I make just about everything from scratch. The more control I have over my food the better. Passing out, rashes and cysts, extreme stomach issues, and pain are just no fun. I am currently working on becoming more organized without going over into OCD. I also have a growing home business. All in all, I stay busy. Praise God for all the blessings He has given us. I can't wait to share His works in our lives. |
