Introduction	Hello! My name is Ashlee. In April (2010) I decided to switch to a vegan diet. I am the only vegan among my family and friends, including my meat loving husband. So naturally, I am faced with the delima of what to cook that will be healthy and vegan for me, but also taste devine and appeal to my family and friends. This blog is my adventure into delicious vegan cooking. I will be testing recipies a few times a week on my hubbie, and trust me, if they are Daryl approved, you can serve them to your strictest carnivore.
