Introduction	I understand what it is to feel hurt, violated, alone, and to question my worth. Negative emotions and behaviors kept me from living a life of peace that God intended for me. My heart wanted to cry out, scream from the pain of needing to matter. But I kept it silent, damaging my heart more without realizing it until a debilitating car accident exposed the hidden matters that needed to be healed.
