Introduction	I'm an amature writer who is sometime paid for my bad habit. Am presently looking over areas of India as possible places to retire. There is no guarentee that I will stay here but with my income (low,) energy level (lower,} and ambition (don't ask) it just might prove to make me an excellant home. One point two billion can't be wrong. Education: B.A. in English 1971 from the University of Alaska but the spelling is my own doing. Travel: up and down the Americas - Point Barrow to Punta Arienas and around the world one time. Properties: None other than many unpublished short stories and one novel. Assets: Some of the most remarkable friends a person could ever find. Family: one mother (94,) one daughter, who is the smartest child in the world, and one cousin, who doesn't write all that often. Politics: knee-jerk Democrat. Smartest thing I ever did: I lived on the Arctic coast from 1961 to 1964 with the Eskimos. Dumbest thing I ever did: The list is to long to be printed here. Present search: To find a cool place to sit down, to gather my thoughts, and to print my experiences. Right now I'm learning blogging.
