| Introduction | I am a heavy-set middle-aged woman who has a wonderful husband and a grown son. I have four sisters who are as different from me as light is to dark. We have a sweet little dog who is such a joy to us. This blog will be about my journey in losing weight. I have no medical reason to not lose weight; I have no excuses. I just like food too much. And I have a wonderful family that like to cook and they want to share their cooking skills with me. But ... no more. I am learning to say "NO" - it is so hard for me. But I also realize that I would like to do things that are hard for me to do right now; such as yard work. My journey; my thoughts; my struggles; may I gain some insights and may you gain some strength. |
