| Introduction | I am co-owner, with my wife, of Youth Fitness Zone in Stillwater, OK. We teach gymnastics, power tumbling, cheer tumbling and stunting and offer strength training classes. We also have both USAG and TAG girls gymnastics and USAG and AAU co-ed power tumbling teams. I am a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength And Conditioning Specialist. I teach group strength, speed, and agility training as well as personal training. |
