| Introduction | I was born baking. I taught myself how to cook and bake at a very young age. While some were playing school, I was playing restaurant, charging my parents for food off my hand-made menus. My love of helping others led to a degree in psychology but after making my twin boys’ first birthday Noah’s Ark cake, my love of baking and decorating finally took over completely. My peach pie won an award at the San Diego County Fair, and my team and I took first place in the 2011 Gourmet Expo live cake competition. I continue to create original and delicious cake flavors and has created custom cake art for two years now. My customers include Mike and his family from the Mikey morning radio show on FM 94.9.
