| Introduction | I have lived in Elkhart since 1969. The first thing I watched on tv after arriving in Elkhart was the moon landing. I enjoy going to the theater to see movies. My wife, Sherry, and I visit Elkhart's restaurants frequently, and we enjoy the history of this great city. The Jazz Festival, Rhapsody In Green, and many other attractions contribute to the reason why we choose to be part of this historic city. Sherry and I attend Granger Good Shepherd and Willow Creek United Methodist Church, where I serve as pastor. I am motivated by religion and service. In religion, to be a Christian companion to those needing spiritual comfort. In service, to be an advocate for policy to help the aging, and the poor. |
