Introduction	You probably already know I am a wife, sister and working mom. I work for the Department of RecSports at Oregon State University. I am the wellness education coordinator there; mostly I try to coordinate my own wellness with varying degrees of success.I also work as a group fitness instructor. I just got BodyPump certified and am loving the wayit feels to be strong! But, my favorite job is being a Mom to my two beautiful girls Charlotte and Olivia. We also have a rowdy yellow lab named Finn. I love to do anything crafty like sew, scrapbook and embroider. I also love all thing active like hiking, biking and sports.
