| Introduction | Hi, my name is Nathan Joppeck. I am part owner of a beyond organic, responsible farm located in Wellington, OH. Wellington is located in southern Lorain county, about a hour's drive southwest of Cleveland........ I'm a 2004 homeschool graduate (went to Wellington Schools through 5th grade). After graduating high school, I went to Virginia to apprentice for a year at Joel Salatin's Polyface Farm. After 'graduating' from their apprentice program, I came back home to continue my grass-fed farming opportunities here in Ohio......... My family that partners with me in this farming adventure are: Jessica (wife), Owen (son), Dad (John), Mom (Louise) and brother (Chad). |
