| Introduction | Nigel was elected to Wigan MBC in May 2006 and was previously a Councillor from 2000 to 2004 . He has three grown up children and two grandchildren Michael and Ollie He is a keen Liverpool FC supporter and enjoys going to the theatre, cinema and live music concerts.
