Introduction	Nweke Prince Onyemaechi is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He obtained his B.Ed and M.Ed in the same University. Prince possesses additional Certificates of Proficiency in Education, Management, Leadership, Computer Applications, Website Design and ICT Components. His robust career profile includes, but not limited to, serving as a Principal, Head of Computer Unit, and Director of Studies, Director of Sports, and Counselor.
