Introduction	“paschim paaila” is an informal youth network focused on environmental health with water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and disasters as social concern. Being a YOUTH MOVEMENT (YUWA ABHIYAN), it envisions environmentally sound and healthy communities through youth led initiatives. ENPHO is providing secretariat for “paschim paaila”.
