| Introduction | Fooditka's inspiration for everything culinary comes from her deeply seated Eastern European roots. And that's where her name comes from too! It's a play on her Slovak name, Juditka. Her home country of Slovakia has taught her to appreciate food to the fullest, especially those hearty dumplings and that smokey bacon! She covers Astoria and LIC restaurants, culinary adventures, and even her own recipes. In her spare time, Fooditka experiments with new recipes (mainly on her husband Dan)and is on the constant hunt for that next foodie find.
