Introduction	I am Muhammad Tahir. I Completed my MSC Degree in International HRM from University of the West of England in 2010. Moreover, I am an affiliate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK, qualified member of Chartered Insurance Institute, UK, and member of Association of Business Executives, UK. Currently, I am teaching HRM and Management related courses at university level and also running a small scale online business. In my other life, I spend most of my time with my family and like walking and keeping myself fit.
