Introduction	I am a Certified Retirement Coach, Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Career Management Professional. I assist clients in "living their lives on purpose, not by default" in whatever stage of life they are in. I work with people in transition and specifically with those preparing for retirement to discover new meaning and purpose in their next life stage. I have extensive experience as a professional and executive coach, trainer, consultant and leader in the corporate, academic, management consulting ,outplacement and non-profit environments. I hold a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and have received a lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. I have recently co-authored a book entitled, "The Empty Desk Survival Guide--for women on the verge of retirement or encore careers".
