Introduction I am 52 years old and have had Celiac disease for 6 years now. I am also a Type 1 Diabetic. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease when I was 46 and I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when I was 12 years old. I have numerous allergies to food and skin care products. this is one of the reasons I am writing this to let people know about skin care products that have helped me and to let people know where to go to get help for celiac disease.
Interests I am very interested in skin care that is beneficial to the skin and helpful to promote moisture. The cost is 25.00 a year. it is a fantastic group you will learn a lot about Celiac Disease and how to manage it I just became the President of this group.

This is an excellent book to have for a beginner Celiacs and ones that have had the disease for a long time The website gluten free works is very good with lots of information to help you know everything there is know about Celiac Disease
