| Introduction | Uganda Swimming Coaches Association (USCA) is a forum for all swimming coaches in Uganda. It was formed in 2006 as body to inspire best practices and excellence among the swimming coaching community in Uganda. The association is steered by a committee of seven elected members and preserves its linkages and a working understanding within the family of coaches' associations across the globe. The association is committed to collaborate with friends of swimming in Uganda, and to continue building on the capacity and skills resource base of swimming coaches, teachers and instructors at all levels. |
