| Introduction | 30 years old, where has time gone?! Married to my wonderful wife (who for the sake of anonymity we will call "Dave") who currently has a blossoming bump ripe for the picking in July 2011... We are in the process of picking up our hats and laying them down elsewhere as our nest is way too small to accommodate Max and our little bump when she comes along... I peddle my warez in the wonderful world of IT and work for the largest employer in Europe which again; for the sake of anonymity we will call "Dave Co." I whore myself between desktop support, server support and field based support for the private and public sector - whoever is pimping me at the time... Mad on Chillis and hot spicy foods. Love to cook and experiment - my latest was adding chocolate to Chilli con Carne. I'm planning on experimenting with some sweet dishes such as apple crumble with a few chillis thrown in there. When I think of more - I'll write it... |
