| Introduction | I'm a wife and mother residing in the great state of Utah (I have never been skiing...) who decided to write a cupcake cookbook. Did I say that I love to bake? I have always loved to bake and cook, spending countless hours in the kitchen. I decided to put my ideas to paper and wrote a cupcake cookbook. It is cute, fun, and easy, even for the most novice baker. Your family and friends will be amazed with these delicious creations that you can bake for any occasion. My second book, 101 Gourmet Cookies for Everyone was released in August 2010. It's full of cookie recipes for everyone! Low- fat, low- sugar, vegan and gluten free- fantastic and full of taste and flavor! My 3rd book in the series is 101 Gourmet Cake Bites. It will be released in August 2011! It's what's on the inside that counts! |
