Introduction I am passionate about being a part of a revolution in caring and kindness. I am passionate about peace, beauty, joy, compassion, love, laughter, truth, healing, and growing in consciousness. My personal experience has been that as I have embraced, healed, and opened my heart, I have discovered the sacredness in myself and all life. It is my belief that the ripples of the strong & sacred heart energy in us all is what will awaken and heal our world.

I grew up in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. The NW has been my home since 1975. I am the mother of 3 amazing sons & have been deeply blessed with breaking a generational cycle of addiction & abuse for myself & my children. I have been clean & sober since 1984, & have worked with families & abused children for 30 years. Many of my life's most profound gifts were first discovered in my deepest wounds. It is the events & experiences of my life - such as the suicide of my twin brother, becoming a mother, sobriety, 9/11, growing into an Elder, & the deepening of my spiritual path - which have inspired my passion for healing & opening my heart & learning to walk the path of the peacemaker.
Interests Spending time with Ron & family & friends, Social and environmental and political activism, Caring for the children and those without a voice, Different cultures and religions & spiritual paths, Anything that makes me LAUGH!, Reading and learning and growing, Hiking and camping and exploring Wild Places, Writing, Photography and painting and jewelry making, Networking and connecting with a diversity of people and regarding a diversity of issues, Expanding the ways in which my spiritual path is deepened and my heart is opened and I am more deeply empowered to walk the path of the peacemaker
