Introduction	I commute daily from Brentwood to Redwood Shores, which is about 140 miles round trip. I run during lunch to maintain my physical and mental health which otherwise would be at the mercy of the "rat race". During weekends I do my long runs, either around Brentwood or I take a short drive to Mt Diablo to do my hill running. The rest of the time I spend with my family. See you on the trails. :)
