Actimel runs the marathon!

Introduction	On October 25th 2010 and April 17th 2011, I will be running the Dublin and London marathons (respectively) in a bid to raise £1800 for Guy's & St Thomas' Charity. I had intended to run the 2010 London Marathon but had to defer my entry due to injury. The charity funds a wide range of projects from small schemes that improve the patients' environment, to major initiatives that involve the purchase of cutting-edge equipment to diagnose or treat illness". Past successes include supporting London’s first children’s hospital – the Evelina Children’s Hospital, modernising kidney disease, stroke and sexual health services in Lambeth and Southwark, funding state of the art research laboratories, and providing free concerts and therapeutic arts projects to aid patient rehabilitation.
