Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

For me I believe it is more important to be expandable than flexible. I say that because You never know what life may bring. Being flexible is a great attribute but I believe that when you allow more space in your life for things to come in you are forever growing and we all need growth as we all need love which is also ever expanding.
