| Introduction | I wrote "How I beat akathisia" blog because I wanted to help people that suffer from akathisia. I know how hopeless and debilitating it feels. I wanted all people to know that you can beat it without any medication. There is hope. I beat it and I recovered because I despite how bad it was didnt loose hope and remained positive. |
