Introduction	Before having two children, I was a geologist working as an environmental consultant. The pay was lousy and the job was a complete snore. Since that past life, I became addicted to cooking and creating entertaining menus. I then became a private cook for two and a half years for a family every Friday night, which became known as "Dinner Night".
