Introduction	My name is Danina. I'm sure that I could challenge the maxim "man cannot live on bread alone." I love bread. I also love baking. Put the two together and you have the basis for my new adventure...52 loaves of bread in 52 weeks. I will be baking a new bread creation every week for a year. I have baked a lot of bread before, but I want to expand my repertoire of recipes and try something new. I'm sure there will be plenty of mess ups and hopefully a few successes scattered in between.
