Interests	Cooking, Drawing, reading, riding my bike, swimming, learning how to play the violin, kicking back with my friends at Colibri Studios in Chicago playing and listening to traditional music from la Huasteca Potosi, Mexico and Son Jarocho from Veracruz, Mexico. Hanging out at the Lake front and park with my dog Comino. And last but not least grooving on tunes via internet radio and Pandora and trying to get to as many free concerts at Millennium Park during the summer.

Favorite books	Where the Wild things are by Maurice Sendak, Le Petit Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupéry, Graffiti Brazil by Tistan Manco, Rayuela by J. Cortázar, House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros, Los Detectives Salvajes by Roberto Bolaño, Anything and everything by Carlos Pellicer, Mexican poet and the same goes for Jaime Sabines, Cuentos de la Selva by Horacio Quiroga.
