Introduction	Since I was very young, I remember being interested in politics. My interest has grown to a passion and I have a strong desire to grow my passion into a career. Amazing learning experiences will be great stepping stones to accomplish this. I am 22 years old and have lived in Kansas all of my life with a summer of interning for Log Cabin Republicans in Washington DC. I am a senior at the University of Kansas. I love all of my positive experiences at the University and have grown as an individual there as well. During my freshman year of college, I accepted the fact that I was gay. After many personal battles I realized that gay and Republican can and do mix. The values that the Log Cabin Republicans are built on are extremely relating to my own. Life is a journey and I am excited to continue on my journey.
