Introduction	I'm not happy about writing. I hate it. Because I've done it all my life. I write reports, summaries and Power Point presentations with titles like “Roadmap for the rollout of software version 29.9” or “Price Integrity and it’s relevance to Customer Satisfaction”. I prefer to sit in front of the telly, moaning about what a waste of my talent this is. Lia says I should start a blog. What she actually said was get off your big fat armchair and start writing. Or words to that effect. So here it is...
