| Introduction | I sew for fun, purpose and profit. Since the age of 10 years old, I dabbled in various sewing interest. Do you remember paper dolls? I delighted in cutting and dressing them in colorful, high fashion outfits. This childhood activity led me to hand sewing my very doll clothes. That was over 35 years ago! Now, I operate a home-based alterations business that enables me to use my God given sewing abilities to help my family. The purpose of my blog is to share the opportunities and challenges of running an alterations business from your home, to encourage and inspire creativity through sewing and to just have plain fun talking to others about the love of sewing. |
