| Introduction | I am a misplaced Canadian in the land of smiles. I have a good knowledge and even greater interest in homebrewing and have been brewing for about 5 years. When I came to the Philippines I was lost and could not find anything I wanted in terms of homebrew gear or ingredients. I am good at improvising and have been on a mission to make really good beer at home, no matter what tries to stop me. (I still loves ya honey...LOL) There are likely 1000's of wanna-be home brewers in the Philippines who don't know where to start. Say no more.
