| Introduction | I am a retired pastor and a certified personal trainer, certified through ISSA. (International Sports Sciences Association) I specialize in strength and conditioning, but I have trained athletes in powerlifting, bodybuilding, football, baseball, basketball, golf, snow skiing, and military training. I also have done lots of rehabilation training. I have over 35 years experience in weight lifting and sports conditioning. I am the current Strength and Conditioning coach at Reno High School. I am a national level powerlifter and I have competed in WABDL, APF, APA and USPA. I have competed in the WABDL World's for the last twelve years. I lift in the Master Men's 47-53 198 divison.
