| Introduction | I am a certified personal trainer through ACE and a certified Spinning instructor as well as the owner of a healthy, gluten free bakery. My desire is to share my passion of health and fitness with anyone who wants to benefit from it! My journey started 10 years ago when I set a goal to lose weight. I lost almost 100 pounds and learned so much along the way; I want to share that knowledge with others on their journey. I have completed several endurance events, including marathons and triathlons, and have raised over $10,000 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society doing events with Team In Training. Go Team! |
