Over the past 10 years, she's taken on a somewhat eclectic view of health -- "Eat more real food" and "Do what works for you!" are cheers that she likes best. Rebecca is currently working on her first book, and is an author for Passion ezine. Rebecca also works for Detox Your World as Shazzie's personal assistant.
