Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Actually, I wore a scarf all the time when I was in the Middle East. I was rarely seen without one. But that's because over there, I knew I could pull it off since everyone was wearing a scarf all the time. Here at home, I'm just not secure enough to make that fashion statement on my own. But I do crochet my own scarves, so I wear them all the time in the winter.
