Introduction	I am a Postpartum Doula, student of midwifery, and Free-birther. I've worked closely with birth and postpartum in different ways and learned lots of neat stuff along the way. I have 4 wonderful boys 5yrs apart, so I know postpartum! I'll share tips and tricks to make postpartum time pleasurable. I love natural birth, but that doesn't mean you have to. ;) I care most that women have options! That's why I teach DItY Birth classes.
