Introduction	I am a recent graduate of UCLA (M.Ed.) and an elementary school teacher. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. As a vegetarian (and part-time vegan) I often find it necessary to modify recipes that I find in order to make them more healthy. Happily, despite taking out the eggs, dairy, excess sugar and so on, the recipes still taste very good! After discussing (and sharing) my recipes with close family and friends, I've decided to embark on the task of sharing these recipes with the world...so, here goes!
