Introduction	I would say I’ve always been a “crafty” person. I enjoy making things from scratch, doing hands on project, making everyday things into something beautiful. I started painting back in my early years of college and never really pursued it. Since then I’ve built a family, built a business as a home daycare provider, and found a passion for painting as a way to give me an outlet on life’s stubborn moments. My art was inspired by the inner spirit that lives within us all and binds us together. It is the expressions of me, you, and the world we live in, and all the loop holes that we must endure in this journey to appreciate something beautiful-life. I have lived in the Topeka area my entire life, and have come to appreciate the “Arts” that surrounds us here. I love working with oils and ink, and creating modern and abstract pieces. I have recently experimented with photography and hope to have some of that to show in the future. I love painting, and I plan to continue developing my talent and hope in someway down the road to be able to use this as a way to introduce Art to children.
