| Introduction | Rocco DeLorenzo recently concluded his academic journey at Cornell University, where he excelled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. He graduated with dual degrees, majoring in Food Science with a business concentration and Applied Economics and Management with a focus on strategy and food industry management. Rocco's academic and extracurricular experiences at Cornell have uniquely prepared him to tackle the challenges at the intersection of business and food science.
