| Introduction | I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. I'm passionate about the creation of new homes that work for people in the 21st century. I'm dedicated to the restoration of old buildings which have more to give and the construction of new properties in sensitive locations. My skills in restoration have been put to good use as a non-executive director at the Grade 1 Listed Moggerhanger House in Bedfordshire, a £7m restoration; and the Grade 1 Listed St. Martin in the Fields in Trafalgar Square, London which has been restored at a cost of £37m. My voluntary appointments include Directorships of Number 8 (www.number8.org ); Gideons International in the British Isles (www.gideons.co.uk ); and the Friends of Pershore Abbey (www.pershoreabbey.org.uk). I am married to Karen and have 5 beautiful daughters. |
