| Introduction | This beatnik is from the District of Columbia and is in her late twenties. She absconded to Portland, Oregon in July of 2009 after being laid-off from her job, and then returned to the east coast in December 2011 to accept a wonderful full-time project manager position in multimedia. She blogs and answers reader questions about life, love, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for the modern woman (or man) with a progressive and spiritual perspective. -- I'm an earthy Pagan priestess chick with an Interfaith twist and like to advocate religious equality for minority spiritual groups. I was part of the 'Veteran Pentacle Quest' lawsuit against the Dept of Veterans Affairs for discrimination against Wiccans and Pagans; contributing articles and blog posts, giving public speeches and being a radio guest. Other issues I care about strongly include cultural diversity, gender equality, environmental awareness, reproductive rights, and drug policy reform. |
