Introduction	I have the best children, married for 20 years. I am so grateful to them for helping me in my life. I turned 40 in 2009 and I decided I wanted more out of my running. On May 2, 2010 I ran my first marathon and three more since, this blog is my journal. If some way this can help someone else take running to a new level than that is even better.
Interests	Running, cooking, blogging, racing, climbing, everyone once in awhile reading a good book when I can sit still
Favorite movies	It's A Wonderful Life, Gone with the wind, Finding Forester, and any lego movie my son makes
