Introduction	Clinton has over 30 years experience in sales and marketing roles with a number of large New Zealand Companies. His roles have typically been in National/Regional and Branch management positions where he has been responsible for team training, motivation and development. He has a passion for assisting people to be the best they can both individually and collectively as a team . His enthusiasm and energy are infectious and have contributed to his success in building winning team cultures and strategies both in the business and sporting environment. Clinton has been an active Toastmaster for nearly 20 years Clinton has organized and run conferences for large national companies like Telecom, Waste Management,Contact Centre Industry New Zealand (CCINZ), Pegasus Rentals, Ministry of Health and Hirequip . He has often been a key note speaker and MC for other events from weddings, anniversaries, product launches, funerals and conferences/workshops …..you name it and he has probably been there helping to run it !. Clinton is also the author of the weekly Monday Morning motivational blog 'Upbeat'.
