Introduction	I'm a stay at home Army wife and and mother of Triplets! I have lived in Clarksville, Tennessee since 2008, but am originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I have a degree in Elementary Education, but the birth of my triplets, Konner, Kyleigh, and Kennedy solidified my role as a stay at home mom. With three toddlers into everything, there's not much free time to prepare dinner, but healthy choices don't always have to take more than 10 minutes. I feed my kids healthy snacks and meals that are easy to prepare and even easier on the bank account. I believe chicken nuggets are an acquired taste and frankly don't want my children to acquire such tastes! Don't get me wrong, I'm not the crunchy-organic-baby-wearing-breast-feeding type, I'm just about making my hectic life easier while making my toddlers healthier! I do follow baby lead weaning strategies. I attribute them to the start of my healthy toddler food recipes.
