Introduction	I am pursuing a dual career as a violist and cimbalom player. In Hungary I performed with the Danubia Orchestra, Budapest Chamber-Symphony and the Hungarian Virtuosos Orchestra. I was also a guest at festivals in Hungary, performing on cimbalom. Between 1995 and 2000 I attended the International Bartók Seminar, in Szombathely, Hungary where I participated Gyorgy Kurtag’s master classes. I was honored with Award of Artisjus Foundation for contemporary performances on cimbalom in 2001. I played the cimbalom in the Orchestra of the Royal Academy of Music at the "Kurtág Festival" in London, 2002. I also took second prize at “Paul Lukács Viola Competition” in 2002. In 2000 I received my BM Degree, as a cimbalom player and MM degree in viola, with honors from the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in 2003. Since moving to the US in 2003 I have been associate principal violist in the MusicaNova Orchestra in Scottsdale, AZ and a substitute player in the Phoenix Symphony. I received a full scholarship three times to the CCSMF between 2004 and 2006, where I served principal and co-principal viola in the Festival Orchestra. Recently I play with the NC Symphony.
